The Grand Docks and Naval Presence

The harbor is divided into two distinct sectors: the Mercantile Basin and the Admiral’s Quadrant.

• The Admiral’s Quadrant: This high-security zone houses the Grand Scielesian Navy. The fleet consists of massive, steam-and-arcane powered frigates that patrol the shipping lanes of Aillutia.
