Session Summary

Character Introductions and Setup

• Wynonna at Scholars Landing: Wynonna arrived looking for Etta Thorne to ask to become her student. She discovered that Etta had retired that very day and likely headed to a popular pub called the Constant Variable.
• Etta’s Retirement: As Etta Thorne retires, she receives a stern warning from her friend, Lystra Caine, that the Rift is dangerous and she must be careful. Lystra asks Etta to reach out if she needs anything and gives her the documents for her Work Release Ward (WRW) assigned for the quest.
• The TA's Departure: xxx is finishing packing up his TA office while his fellow TA, Jaren Vane, discusses the adventures ahead. xxx and Etta then head to the Constant Variable.
• Farek in Prison: Farek (preferring the name "Azkarth") is located in the Intake & Rectification Center. In the adjacent cell, a strange man named Jib Nobbins tries to figure Farek out. Shortly after, Farek is removed by a guard to meet his work release sponsor.

The Gathering

At the Constant Variable, the group finally forms:

• Wynonna locates the group at the pub.
• Farek is brought in by guards and released to the custody of Etta Thorne.

The Quest Begins

The Mystery of the Glass:

• The group attempts to solve a puzzle regarding a stolen piece of mysterious glass from the Rift.
• They successfully recover the piece of glass but make the decision to keep it rather than returning it to the original owner.

The Revelation:

• The party decides to regroup at Farek's apartment.
• When they look through the glass, they discover it reveals paths on the ground.
• However, they realize that some of them see different paths than others.
